REMOTE NOTARISATION

• If you would prefer not to travel into London for a Notary Public appointment, GO CAPITAL GROUP LTD can arrange a video call notarisation appointment between you and one of the notaries we work with.

• The process varies depending on the type of document, but generally the video call would involve:

• ⦿ Showing the notary public your ID and proof of address so that they can inspect them and identify you against them,

• ⦿ Showing the notary public any original documents which you may need certified copies of,

• ⦿ Signing any documents where you may need to have your signature verified or witnessed.

• Video call appointments normally do not last more than 10 minutes, and can take place from anywhere over your phone, laptop, or other mobile device, making them easier to fit around a busy schedule.

• Following the video appointment, all you need to do is send the document to our London office at your earliest convenience, either via email (photocopies and electronic signatures), or via post (wet-ink signed documents). The rest of the process will be completed on our end.

• It is important to note that, while the majority of appointments can be arranged over video call, there may be certain circumstances in which an in-person appointment is required. We will be able to advise if this is the case after reviewing your request with the notary.
